Dfortune Company donates Books, School Bags to students in Ondo  October 8, 2021 As part of commitment to corporate social responsibility, Dfortune Pest Solution Company has donated educational materials worth hundreds of thousand of naira to Canaanland Community Primary School at Ijoka road, Akure, Ondo state. Chief executive officer of Dfortune Pest Solution Company, Mr. Oluleye Ayodeji noted that the move is to commemorate the 12th anniversary of his company and to honour his late father, Mr. Faleye Emmanuel Oluwole, who was one of those who facilitated the establishment of the primary school. The materials distributed are 1000 books, 200 school bags, 200 biros, 200 notepads, 200 copies Rhapsody of Realities devotional and 10 dozens of hand sanitizers Mr. Oluleye, while presenting the materials, urged the beneficiaries to take good advantage of the gesture. While recounting that Dfortune started 12 years ago in the Canaanland community, Mr Oluleye said to sustain his late father’s education legacy, he would give more to the society and by extension “we will have a better Nigeria. We won’t have criminals in the society due to poor educational background”. “I feel so happy to sponsor this programme in honour of my great Dad. Our Daddy’s legacy is education. Today, we have come to extend this legacy to Canaanland Community Primary School. And this is just the beginning. “These pupils are at the lowest cadre of the society and we have come to encourage and bless them to help them believe in their future. And we will continue to touch lives at the grassroots.” He however called on Governor Rotimi Akeredolu to come to the aide of the school in fixing the dilapidated structure and fast track the reconstruction of the Ijoka road. Earlier in her welcome address, the school Head Mistress, Mrs. Bello Mabel appreciated the Faleye family for dimming it fit to make an unquantifiable provision to the school even being the first week of a new session. The PTA chairman, Mr. Alaba Morakinyo, who in his remarks appreciated the kind gesture of Mr. Oluleye, also used the opportunity to advise the general public to use any position they find themslves to extend a helping hand. Canaanland community leader, Mr. Agbara, who described Mr. Oluleye’s gesture as timely and thoughtful, called on the state government and other corporate bodies to do more for the education sector. Also speaking at the event, a clergy man at Believers’ Love World, popularly known as Christ Embassy, Joseph Ezire, who appreciated Mr Oluleye’s benevolence said “as christians, God wants us to lead by example. Christianity is love. Somehow, everyone of us have something to give. We should therefore borrow a leaf by exhibiting Mr Oluleye’s gesture”
